What if I can not find my car in Parts Finder?

Not all makes and models are available in Parts Finder however we are progressively adding more.

How do I make a payment?

Automotive Superstore™ accepts credit card (Visa, Mastercard), paypal, AfterPay, Zip, Humm and bank transfer payment. Payments are processed by the BrainTree no details are stored by Automotive Superstore.

Will I get a tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse an email will be sent with your tracking number.

Can I pick up my order?

Pickup is avaliable from our Castle Hill location in NSW please check our deliver information page for more information.

What is 'Make an Offer'?

Make An Offer (Patent #2014100304) is an opportunity for you to get the price you want on specific products in Automotive Superstore. You can submit up to 3 offers for your desired product. Automotive Superstore™ will either accept or reject your offer and notify you on your computer screen. Simply register with us for free (this only takes a few minutes and your personal details are not shared with any other third party) then name your price for that product.

How do I Make an Offer?

You will first need to register your details (your personal details are not shared with any other third party) for free then you can submit up to 3 “offers” for your desired product. Automotive Superstore™ will either accept or reject your offer and notify you on your computer screen. Make An Offer is only applicable to specific products.

Where do the products come from?

We hand pick the best products in each category from well known market leaders. Products are shipped to the Automotive Superstore™ warehouse for dispatching Australia wide. We are continuing to expand our product range. We also invite other product suppliers to contact us regarding distribution of their products.

Am I able to return a product?

Yes, if for any reason the product is defective or an item is eligible for a fitment guarantee. Post the product back to the Automotive Superstore™ (the address is on your receipt) and you will receive a 100% refund. The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.

Are my personal details secure?

Definitely. When you register with Automotive Superstore™ for free we do to share any of your details with a third party. That includes the National Australia Bank which processes your payment as they do not keep a copy of your details.
