Delivery Options

Shipping Fees & Charges

At Automotive Superstore, we strive to offer the best deals, including competitive shipping rates. Some items qualify for free shipping, while fees start at $9.95 for others. Heavy or bulky items, such as batteries, brakes, liquids, and lift kits, may have additional charges, especially when shipping to remote locations. You can calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart and checkout. 

Shipping Carriers

At Automotive Superstore, we offer a range of freight and delivery options:

  • Economy Freight – In order to be able to offer our customers great prices we will use the most economical freight service and pass the savings directly to you! We use a range of carriers such as  Australia Post, Toll, Aramex, Couriers Please, Sendle, TNT and Direct Freight.
  • Australia Post – We offer an Australia Post eParcel option for customers who want the convenience and the guarantee that their parcel will be shipped with Australia Post.
    • Please note this option may not be available for bulky orders due to Australia Post size and weight limitations.
  • Australia Post Express - Need it fast? Select express shipping to ensure quick delivery right to your door! Only available for selected products. 

Delivery

Couriers cannot deliver heavy or bulky items to unattended addresses and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign or there is no authority to leave (ATL), a card will be left, and the parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot. You will need to collect it from there or arrange a re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.

To avoid redelivery delays or fees, Automotive Superstore recommends having your deliveries sent to an address attended during business hours, such as your home or workplace.

Please verify that all parts received match the invoice. If you receive incorrect items, please Contact Customer Service, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

In-Store 

Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect for customers who prefer to pick up their items from our Castle Hill store. Pickup is available Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 5 pm, at 2H Hudson Ave, Castle Hill, NSW.

At the checkout, select Click & Collect as the shipping method. You will receive an email or SMS notification once your item is ready for pickup. Although we strive to prepare orders as fast as 10 minutes, please wait for your Ready to Collect notification before coming to the store, as it will include details on the collection process. For urgent requests, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Shipping Information

Dispatch & Shipping Times

For orders placed before 11 am, we aim to ship your items from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 11 am will be processed as quickly as possible, but same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed. Whilst 99% of orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, on occasion this may not be the case due to factors beyond our control.

If you need your items urgently, please contact our customer service team for a more precise dispatch and shipping time.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available at checkout and provides added protection for your order. Once an item is shipped, the carrier is responsible for it, and compensation for lost or damaged items is at their discretion. By selecting insurance, you ensure coverage through the carrier’s policy if the item is lost or damaged in transit.

Stock Availability

Dispatch and delivery time is subject to availability of stock. If a product is ordered and we are not able to dispatch the product within listed time frame, a full refund or alternate product will be offered.

Custom Orders

Some products are listed as "Custom Order", typically indicating items made to order or with longer manufacturing times. While we cannot guarantee specific dispatch times, we will provide an estimate once we receive confirmation from our suppliers. Custom orders usually take a few weeks to ship. We recommend contacting our customer service team before placing a custom order for a more accurate delivery timeframe.

Your Order

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Missing your shipping confirmation email? Be sure to check your junk/spam email folder. You can also find this information by logging into your account. 

Will my parts be shipped together?

Your order may sometimes arrive in multiple packages from different carriers. While most orders are shipped together, if your order is split, we will provide tracking numbers for each shipment. You will receive tracking information by email upon dispatch. Splitting orders helps ensure you get your items as quickly as possible when they are sourced from multiple locations.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By providing an Authority to Leave (ATL), Automotive Superstore will leave your parcel at your unattended premises as instructed. You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

Automotive Superstore and our delivery partners are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this delivery method. By choosing ATL, you agree to release Automotive Superstore from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses related to this delivery method.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item is damaged during transit, please email a photo of the item and its packaging to [email protected]  within 48 hours of delivery. We understand this is an unfortunate situation and will address the issue as quickly as possible.
