Shipping Carriers

At Automotive Superstore we offer a range of freight and delivery options;

  • Economy Freight – In order to be able to offer our customers great prices we will use the most economical freight service and pass the savings directly to you! We will use a range of carriers such as Aramex, Couriers Please, Australia Post, Toll, Sendle, TNT and Direct Freight.
  • Australia Post – We offer an Australia Post eParcel option for customers who want the convenience and the guarantee that their parcel will be shipped with Australia Post.
  • Please note this option may not be available for bulky orders due to Australia Post size and weight limitations.
  • Australia Post Express - For select products express post is available for when you just need to get that item asap!

Shipping Fees & Charges

At Automotive Superstore we are always trying to bring you the best deals, this includes shipping fees.
Majority of items over $125 have free shipping Australia wide whereas items under $125, shipping fees start from $8.95.
*Heavy and bulky items being shipped to remote location may incur a shipping fee an example of such items are batteries, brakes, liquids, lift kits etc.
Shipping charges can be calculated in the shopping cart and checkout.

Delivery

Deliveries made by courier (heavy and bulky items) cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for the goods or an authority to leave (ATL) is not given a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot you may incur an additional charge for re-delivery by the courier company.

Automotive Superstore recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.

Please check that all parts received match the invoice. If you have been incorrectly supplied any items, please contact [email protected] and we will rectify the issue for you immediately.

Pick Up

In store pickup is avaliable from our Castle Hill store at 2H Hudson Ave, Castle Hill NSW.

Please select "Pick Up" in the checkout, once the item is ready for pick up an email notification will be sent. Some items may not be available for immediate pick up if you require something urgently please call before ordering.

Pick up is avaliable Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item has been damage in transit photographs of the item/s and all packaging must be sent to [email protected] with 48 hours of the delivery date.

*Same Day / Same Day Express delivery items

On select items same day shipping is avaliable this service requires orders to be placed before 11am to quailify for same day shipment. We will attempt to same day ship items placed after 11am but cannot guarantee this will occur.

Dispatch & Handling Time

Majority of items at Automotive Superstore are advertised to dispatch within 1 - 3 business days of the order being placed. Whilst 99% of orders are dispatched within this time period on occasion this may not be the case due to factors beyond our control.

If you require a part urgently please contact our friendly staff and we will be able to provide you with a more precise dispatch & shipping time.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available as an options for customers when checking out;

Why do you need insurance?

Once an order is shipped responsibility for the item is with the carrier if the item is lost or damage in transit it will be up to the carrier’s discretion if they are willing to compensate you for the item.

If the item is insured, the buyer will be covered by the carriers insurance if the item is lost or damaged in transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched Automotive Superstore will issue you an email with tracking details you can also find this information by logging into your account.

Stock Availability

Dispatch and delivery time is subject to availability of stock. If a product is ordered and we are not able to dispatch the product within 5 business days a full refund or alternate product will be offered.

Enquire for Availability

Some products are listed as "Enquire for Availability" as we cannot guarantee a specific dispatch time however the items are available. Products with this status usually ship within a few weeks. We strongly encourage customers to double check with out customer service team if you intend to order an “Enquire for Availability” item so we can give you a better indication on delivery times.

Will my parts be shipped together?

Majority of orders will be combined into one shipment, if for any reason should the order be split into more than one shipment tracking numbers will be provided.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By providing authority to leave or if you selected this option over the telephone with our Customer Service Center, Automotive Superstore will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

Automotive Superstore and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Automotive Superstore from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
