About Diesel Filtration
Like their petrol cousins, diesel engines are not tolerant of contaminants in their fuel. Be it an unwanted particle of dirt, water, chemical compound or any other rogue element that has infiltrated a diesel vehicle's fuel tank, they all need to be filtered out. Not only does contaminated diesel fuel result in a poor-running engine, serious damage can occur should a diesel engine consume dirty fuel and, when newer diesel engines can cost many thousands of dollars to replace, it pays to keep on top of diesel filtration
Our Range of Diesel Filters
Brought to you by Automotive Superstore in conjunction with Drivetech, an Australian supplier and manufacturer of a wide range of 4x4 parts and accessories, the Clarcor Fuel Manager system is an advanced auxiliary diesel filtration system that you can add to your diesel-powered vehicle for maximum filtration protection. The Fuel Manager system adds that extra level of protection via extra filter elements that are plumbed into the fuel system as part of a complete DIY kit installed either before the standard fuel filter (known was a pre-filter, using a 30 micron filter) and/or after the standard fuel filter (known as a secondary or final filter, using a 5 or even 2 micron filter!).
