What is Click and Collect?
Click & Collect is a fast, convenient, and free way to shop online and pick up your items from our local Castle Hill, Dingely Village or Meadowbrook stores. Enjoy a smarter shopping experience with more time for the things you love!
To use this service, simply select "Click & Collect" as your shipping method at checkout. Some orders may be ready in as little as 10 minutes, while others may take longer depending on product availability and lead times. Please wait for the Ready to Collect notification before coming to the store, as it will include details on the collection process.
If you require your item urgently, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm availability.

Collecting Your Order
When collecting your order from the Customer Service Desk, please bring:
- Proof of purchase (order number included in your confirmation email or SMS)
- Valid photo ID (current driver’s license or passport)
You will need to present these items and sign for the collection. If someone else is picking up the parcel on your behalf, they must also provide photo identification and proof of purchase.
Your Click & Collect order will be held for 60 calendar days from the receipt of your “Ready for Collection” notification. If the order is not collected within this period, the items will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once signed for, you or the person collecting the parcel is responsible for any damage or loss of the items.
