Proflow's direct fit Ford Falcon FG XR6 Turbo intercooler utilizes as much space as possible available by integrating a stepped core intercooler design, clearing the factory OEM power steering cooler by stepping down from an 81mm to 55mm core thickness. Constructed from fabricated AL6061-T6 sheet, the massive 436x355mm bar and plate core maximises heat transfer by increasing fin surface area to efficiently and effectively reduce intake temperatures, dissipating as much heat as possible without suffering from major pressure drops. This intercooler utilizes the factory mounting points (including locating holes on each bracket) and can be bolted to the standard FG intercooler piping with little to no modification. It also has 2.50" inlet and outlets and is rated for up to 600HP.
