General Relays

• A relay is remote electrical switches designed to provide direct current to the circuit load when activated by the switch (e.g. headlights, heater fan, or horn). The relay enables the circuit switch to carry less current during operation, reducing switch size, voltage drop and extending service life.
• There are 2 common types of relays; normally open and changeover, available in 12v & 24v in with resisted or non resisted circuits.
• The relay must be compatible with the vehicle electrical system; the Tridon relay range has been carefully researched and engineered to suit each specific application

• Japanese resistor type.
• Normally open circuit.
• Suits Toyota applications.
