The APP8SP5 is a Seconary ISO Harness that is designed to convert various Sony Aftermarket AV Headunits fitted with 16-pin connectors to the universal double ISO standard. When paired with the correct Primary Aerpro Vehicle Specific Harness to suit your vehicle you can then interface your Sony AV headunit with the main entertainment system connector of your vehicle. These looms join together via the universal ISO connector system.

If the Sony headunit you are installing, and the vehicle into which you are installing it, both support steering wheel controls, then you might also wish to purchase a Steering Wheel Control patch lead to suit your headunit, sold seperately, along with a Steering Wheel Control Interface or Infodaptor to suit your vehicle, sold seperately, to retain use of your factory steering wheel controls.

Please Note:

• The factory main entertainment connector varies from vehicle to vehicle, so be sure you select the right primary harness to suit your unique vehicle.
• Due to the wide variations in factory wiring harnesses it may still be necessary to do some amount of conventional hard wiring in order to complete installation.
