The BKX212V Subwoofer & Amplifier Bass Pack is a convenient way to add serious punch to your in-car entertainment. Featuring two 12" Xtreme Energy Density subwoofers in a slot ported enclosure, the neatly trimmed setup is enhanced with an efficient and small form factor XED Series monoblock digital amplifier. Possessing built-in flexibility, a full complement of pre-amplifier features allow adjustments via a variable low pass crossover, a subsonic filter and switchable bass boost, the class D amplifier achieves minimal power consumption whilst bringing a dynamic and flexible bass package to your sound stage.

Oversized butyl rubber surround: a raised profile butyl rubber design securely attaches the moving cone to the frame, affording great flexibility whilst maintaining a rigid connection for longevity and efficiency.

Parabolic polypropylene cone: combining intelligent material choice with three dimensional design; the size, shape, and weight of the cone are all considered when designing a speaker so that a happy medium between volume and clarity can be achieved.

Slot port: for those seeking enhanced bass performance, a ported enclosure provides an extra boost to your subsonic output. Slot shaped ports take advantage of a higher aspect ratio compared to round ports, in turn generating less unwanted noise artefacts.

Sturdy MDF construction: built from sturdy 3/4" MDF, this enclosure provides the necessary support for the equipped subwoofer, whilst creating a sturdy environment for ideal sound production. The rigid assembly is also less likely to be damaged in the installed location, whilst keeping mindful about added weight.

Automotive grade carpet: trimmed in automotive grade carpet, the sturdy enclosure looks right at home in any customised installation, managing the balance between longevity and good looks.

Remote sub level control: allows you to quickly & independently adjust the bass output level of the subwoofer connected to your amplifier, from the comfort of the driver's seat.

High and low level inputs: not all installs are equal, and not all source units output amplifier-friendly low level signal. This unit is capable of receiving high voltage signals from source units, making integration with factory sound systems that do not cater for line level outputs a piece of cake.

Vega Bass boost: Cerwin Vega's proprietary Vega Bass Boost allows separate adjustment to enhance your bass output from 0 - 12dB.

Variable crossover: Fully featured active crossover network allows you to tailor the frequencies output by the amplifier to suit most any application or speaker type, regardless of whether you are driving an active front stage, a subwoofer or a combination of both.

Subsonic filter: remove potentially undesirable sub audible frequencies that can generate excessively unpleasant mechanical energy, detract from the sound stage and/or cause your body panels to needlessly rattle about.
