ClutchPro carry a large range of Dual Mass Flywheels to suit most makes and models where a Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF) has been fitted by the Manufacturer. The DMF is often found in early, and more commonly late model 4WD's, Passenger Vehicles and Light Commercial Vehicles.

The Dual Mass Flywheel acts as a dampener for the driveline to help smooth out the torque produced by both petrol and diesel engines. By having torsional movement the Flywheel will ensure any engine vibrations or noise is alleviated rather than being transferred through to the gearbox.

The Dual Mass Flyweel (DMF) is not recommended to be machined and can therefore be replaced or converted to a Single Mass Flywheel Conversion.
