Whether you are after some basic replacement rotors for your standard passenger vehicle, 4x4 offroad or commercial vehicle, weekend toy or a hard-tuned track car, DBA has a set of rotors to enhance your vehicle's braking performance at a price and performance level to meet your unique requirements.
DBA rotors can be improved with the X-Gold design, a unique non-directional cross-drilled pattern that increases passive cooling, allows for gas-escape whilst maintaining excellent rigidity. The performance realised is similar to the T2 slotted range, however the aesthetics are further enhanced with all of the non-friction surfaces being coated in a unique gold paint.
DBA products can be released undrilled, so the 'universal' product can be later machined in any custom PCD.
All of DBA's brake rotors come from a unique starting point - DBA's own developed high carbon cast iron alloy known as XG-150. This proprietary compound was chosen for high strength and excellent thermal stability. This means the rotors naturally possess excellent resistance to warping from excess heat. The base material is taken to the next level with more DBA innovation - the Kangaroo Paw ventilation system maximises the passive cooling ability of a network of machined passages, whilst retaining maximum material to maintain physical rigidity and heat capacity of the rotor. This is finished with machining by Cubic Boron Nitride equipped tooling to produce a surface finish within exact tolerances, resulting in a rotor with minimal variation in thickness and the ability to withstand repeated punishment on the street.

Selecting the Right Brake Pads for your Application
Street Series (Blue) suitable for everyday use in passenger cars and small SUV's, these are recommended for use with the OE Replacement and En-Shield rotors. Street Series brake pads provide OE performance and reliability at a fraction of the price. DBA have developed a post-curing process to ensure consistent braking performance over the service life of the pad, whilst maintaining a low level of brake dust emission and noise. Every pad comes out of the box with a high friction stripe for easier bedding in.
Street Performance (Green) suitable for performance cars, heavier SUV's and 4WD's, and where performance rotors are fitted. Street Performance brake pads have been developed to provide greater than OE levels of performance, having improved initial bite and temperature resistance. DBA have developed a scorching process that removes leftover resins from the production process, minimising the bedding in process and preventing brake fade from pad contamination. This is achieved while maintaining a low level of brake dust emission and noise.
