Derale Performance Billet Style Aluminum Fluid Control Thermostat is designed to help engine and transmission oil reach the ideal operating temperature faster before routing flow through the cooler. With 3/8" NPT inlet and outlet ports, this compact unit bypasses the cooler until fluid temperature reaches 180°F, then automatically closes the internal thermostatic valve to send 100% of the oil through the cooler while maintaining a constant pressure system.

Built from billet style cast aluminum with an ultra bright finish, this thermostat is a durable and tidy solution for performance and street applications. It is especially well suited to cold weather climates where faster warm up can improve drivability and efficiency. The body can also be rotated 180° to change flow direction, offering added flexibility during installation.

Supplied as a complete kit, it includes 3/8" hose barb fittings and hose clamps for straightforward setup. With flow capacity up to 76 litres per minute and a pressure rating up to 200 psi, it is engineered to support reliable oil management in demanding cooling systems.
