Heat Shield Products Reflecta-A-Shield Heatshield is a universal flexible thermal barrier designed to protect vehicle components from intense radiant heat. Measuring 125mm x 175mm, it is compact enough for targeted applications while still delivering strong heat deflection performance in demanding automotive environments. Built for use around air boxes, electrical boxes, air conditioning components, and other heat-sensitive areas, it helps reduce heat soak and supports more consistent performance in custom and OEM-style installations.

This heatshield is constructed with a 6mm thick BioCool thermal-barrier inner pad sandwiched between heavy-duty foil layers for reliable insulation and durability. The edges are reinforced with stainless steel mesh and sewn binding, improving flexibility and making it rugged enough for long-term use. It is non-caustic, non-flammable, and designed to avoid itching, smoking, or odours during initial heat cycling, making it easier and safer to handle during installation and use.

Rated to withstand 535 degC 1,000 degF continuous radiant heat and 260 degC 500 degF direct contact, it is ideal for shielding heat from catalytic converters, mufflers, DPFs, and floorpan areas. With a 25mm air gap and good airflow, it can reflect over 90 percent of radiant heat, helping protect surrounding components in high-heat conditions.
