Protect vital components from extreme underbonnet and underbody heat with this universal flexible heat shield from Heat Shield Products. Measuring 150mm x 355mm, it is designed for a wide range of radiant heat applications and is suitable for use around air boxes, electrical boxes, air conditioning components, catalytic converters, mufflers, DPFs and floorpans. Built to be rugged yet adaptable, it helps reduce heat soak and supports more stable operating temperatures in demanding conditions.

At the core is a 6mm thick BioCool thermal-barrier inner pad, sandwiched between heavy duty foil layers and reinforced with stainless steel mesh stitched into the edges for added flexibility and durability. When installed with a 25mm air gap and good airflow, it can reflect over 90 percent of radiant heat. It withstands continuous radiant heat up to 535°C and direct contact heat up to 260°C, making it a practical solution for performance, motorsport and custom vehicle applications.

The non-caustic, non-flammable BioCool material is designed for clean handling and dependable use, with no itching, smoke or smell during initial heat cycling. Installation can be completed using stainless steel locking thermal ties, rivets or screws, allowing it to be fitted securely in a variety of locations.
