P26 Diesel Foaming Intake Cleaner is a professional strength, Workshop grade Diesel Fuel intake manifold and combustion chamber cleaner that effectively removes gum, sediment, varnish, sludge and carbon without dismantling the engine.

APPLICATION

P26 Diesel Foaming Intake Cleaner is designed for use in all direct and common rail injection diesel engines in passenger cars, 4WDs, light and Heavy Duty commercial vehicles, industrial machines and Stationary engines.

P26 Diesel Foaming Intake Cleaner is recommended for use every 15,000 Kilometres or at each service interval for maintenance of the inlet manifold and combustion chamber to prevent carbon build up and reduce smoke output. It can also be used to clean EGR valves of excessive carbon deposits.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE – INTAKE AND COMBUSTION CHAMBER

• Shake can well before use and attach the nozzle tube
• Warm up engine to normal operating / driving temperature before use
• Make sure vehicle is in a well ventilated area prior to treatment
• Turn off ignition and locate a convenient inlet to the intake manifold
• Turn on the ignition and start the engine and run at 2,000 – 3,000 RPM
• Spray the can into the inlet whilst the engine is running
• When can is empty, turn off the ignition.
• Re-attach any hoses to the intake manifold
• Re-start the engine and test drive or run for 2-3 minutes.

Please Note:

• Use with attached nozzle tube only
• Only use on running engine
• We recommend using prior to changing engine oil

DIRECTIONS FOR USE - EGR VALVE

• Remove EGR valve from vehicle
• Spray product directly into EGR valve to breakdown and dissolve carbon deposits
• Heavy carbon build ups can be cleaned with a small brush
• Wipe clean and re-install into vehicle.
