RUPES continues to improve the Skorpio's technical features and performance with the Skorpio III.The Skorpio's efficiency and reliability has particularly improved because of its re-engineered engine components and its relatively small air volume consumption. New components include: a new shaft without rotor key ensuring a lower level of hardware consumption; new steel rotor (instead of composite) guaranteeing better reliability and a fly-wheel effect that helps to improve the tools efficiency; and NEW thicker vanes shaped in an innovative self lubricating material.

The 6mm orbit is designed for finishing applications that use grade P320 and higher abrasives. The small orbit, combined with the high rpm and proper abrasives, delivers a high quality finish that is perfectly prepared for paints and other coatings.
