The Toyota iQ is one of the cleverest city cars ever offered by Toyota, designed to prove that compact dimensions do not have to mean compromised engineering. Measuring under three metres long, the iQ used an innovative “3+1” cabin layout, allowing three adults and a small rear passenger or extra luggage space in a footprint smaller than many microcars. Its tight turning circle, efficient petrol engines and easy parking manners made it ideal for crowded urban streets, while Toyota’s reputation for reliability helped give this tiny hatchback genuine everyday appeal. For owners, Automotive Superstore offers a wide range of parts and accessories to keep the iQ running smoothly, from filters, fluids and brake components to wiper blades, lighting and interior accessories.

What makes the Toyota iQ especially interesting is the amount of engineering packed into such a small package. Toyota repositioned major components, used a flat fuel tank and designed slim seatbacks to maximise cabin room. The iQ also gained cultural fame when Aston Martin transformed it into the luxurious Cygnet, a rare and unusual city car with premium trim and a famous badge. That unexpected connection has helped the iQ become a modern curiosity among enthusiasts. Whether used as a commuter, first car or quirky urban runabout, the Toyota iQ benefits from quality maintenance, and Automotive Superstore makes it easy to find practical upgrades and replacement parts for this unique little Toyota.
