Measuring 4-1/4 inches tall, it features a full CNC machined billet outer case with a black anodized finish for a durable, high quality look and excellent corrosion resistance.

Unlike conventional air to air systems, this intercooler uses water to draw heat from the intake air, helping maintain cooler, denser charge temperatures with very low restriction. It is a smart choice for performance applications where consistent intake air control is important, especially in drag racing and other short burst conditions where heat soak can become a concern. The design also offers exceptionally low pressure drop, recorded as low as 0.05 psi on the core.

Supplied with mounting hardware, this intercooler is built for direct installation into the Aeroflow modular intake manifold setup. It also includes 4 x -16ORB ports for straightforward water plumbing, making it a practical and efficient upgrade for serious performance builds.
