The T2T-S is an audiophile 1" aluminum dome tweeter kit rated at 75 Watts RMS for fanatics preferring this type of tonal quality. The kit includes two tweeters with dedicated crossovers, trim rings, and mounting hardware.

The T2T-S 1" tweeter kit is an alternative to the T1 with the major difference being an Aluminum Dome Neo-Tweeter for Fanatics who prefer this type of tonal quality. The included audiophile crossover utilizes 5% tolerance poly-capacitors and air-core inductors, and features a built-in protection and bypass resistor for 100% playtime. For optimum acoustics, three levels of attenuation are possible with an On/Off Axis setting to ensure optimum sound stage in any vehicle interior.

DDC^™ Tweeter Mounting

The "mounting cups" on the new design are in fact not "cups" at all, but rather unobtrusive "clamps" that quickly and easily mount in a standard 1-5/4" (45mm) hole saw opening with a single concentric center screw securing with balanced pressure to both faces of the mounting surface. From there, the tweeter simply snaps into place and is secured by a snap on trim ring. Removal is easy if needed. The protective grille on the tweeter is non-removable and an integral part of the design.

Our DDC^™ (Discreet Dual Clamp) Tweeter Mounting provides concentric clamping pressure around the perimeter of the mounting hole. This results in maximum ease of installation.
